The patient’s medical history will be kept for a minimum of ten years from the date of discharge of each care process, unless the autonomous and/or specific regulations establish a minimum conservation period greater than the one indicated, in which case the provisions will be met by the applicable regulations.

Once the aforementioned minimum period has been exceeded, and after the assistance and contractual relationship has ended, the person in charge will keep their data duly blocked, during the term corresponding to the statute of limitations.

The information that it is not necessary to keep in the medical record will be kept according to deadlines applicable by the regulations it affects.

Recipients
In order to guarantee an adequate provision of the service, it is necessary that certain service providers process data on our behalf and in charge of the processing of your personal data. These entities may be, for example, providers of medical, diagnostic, clinical, audit, legal advice, computer services, etc.
